HEB and the City of Weslaco announce new dry grocery facility to be built in Weslaco

H-E-B Dry Grocery Facilities currently service over 50 stores in the Valley and Corpus Christi areas. However, with continued expansion comes the challenge of meeting increased needs such as larger assortments, volume and on-time service. Additionally, as fuel costs rise and service areas are expanded, even greater regional support is necessary. H-E-B believes that the construction of this regional dry grocery facility will effectively address these concerns. The opening of the Weslaco facility is just one example of the ways in which the City of Weslaco and H-E-B are working together to provide quality jobs and products to the community.
