The City of Weslaco's department of Parks and Recreation offers many programs for the residents of Weslaco. City of Weslaco Library

The Weslaco Public Library offers a variety of information for patrons including books, large print materials, a Texas history collection, audiobooks, videocassettes and art prints. The library hosts many programs of local and Valley interest in its well-appointed theater and meeting complex, seating 174.
